Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tradebrary does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
1. Why Sales Are Final
Tradebrary sells digital products — trading indicators, strategies, scripts, code, and educational materials — that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase. Because these products cannot be “returned” once they have been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Consent to Immediate Delivery
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of and access to the digital product, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or “cooling-off” period to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Before You Buy
We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing:
- Read the full product description, requirements, and supported platform versions.
- Confirm the product is compatible with your platform and setup.
- Review our Terms of Service, License Agreement, and Risk Disclaimer.
- Contact us with any questions before you purchase — we’re happy to help.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem accessing, downloading, or installing a product you purchased, please contact us at support@tradebrary.com. While purchases are non-refundable, we will make a reasonable effort to help you resolve genuine technical issues so that you can access and use what you paid for.
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us promptly and we will review the transaction in good faith. Refunds for billing errors, where verified, are processed through our sales platform, Whop, and/or its payment processor.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a product that was delivered as described may result in immediate termination of your license and access, and we reserve the right to contest such disputes with evidence of delivery and acceptance of these policies.
7. Payments via Whop
Purchases are processed through Whop and/or its payment processors. Any refund that we approve, or that is required by law, will be issued through the original payment method via Whop. Whop’s own policies may also apply to your transaction.
